5. Call Recording & AI Processing
Our AI receptionist service processes inbound phone calls on behalf of our business clients. All callers are informed at the start of each call that the call is being recorded and processed by an AI assistant for quality and booking purposes.
- Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of the call, after which they are automatically deleted.
- Call data is processed to extract booking details, messages, and caller information which is shared with the relevant business client.
- We do not use call data for marketing purposes or share it with unrelated third parties.
6. Data Sharing
We may share personal data with:
- Our business clients: call summaries, messages, and booking information are shared with the business whose AI receptionist handled the call.
- Technology providers: we use third-party AI and telephony platforms to deliver our services. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Data may be processed outside the UK under appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK-US Data Bridge, Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Payment processors: payment information is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and is subject to their privacy policy.
- Legal authorities: where required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

- Call recordings and transcripts: automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Business client account data: retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months.
- Enquiry and contact data: retained for up to 24 months from last contact.
- Website analytics data: retained in anonymised/aggregated form.
